I saw MO Firearms Coalition had a couple state politicians talk about how weak the federal government's case is when trying to strike down SAPA, but I'm hoping someone can explain has anything actually happened and if so, what?

Or what are we still waiting on?

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

That outta cover it

IDK, numerous courts including SC don't seem to understand this.

The courts and others with political power or television face-time liars are confusing what the meaning of militia is. They think it means a sworn army that has military backing of the government. A militia means that ordinary "each individual person" is the militia when in times of need, that can also come together to be as "one". Think of the Revolutionary War. Each individual militia with his own gun coming together as one, to fight off the British and their rule of law.

This scares certain politicians in government/state or county positions, in that these militia people actually have the"legal power" when enough come together to do butt-whipping under the Constitution, and the Constitution is what's saving us and the Country right now (along with some bright Constitutional lawyers), not the politicians, and that's why they want to abolish/change it according to their ideas.

Think of Sri Lanka in the recent news. That's what an individual militia can do when coming together against a corrupt government. Now think what WE can do since we have gun protection under our Constitution. You think Biden shits his pants, politicians will not only be shitting and pissing in their elite clothes, but also be going down on their knees and begging for their lives, cause they know they've done wrong to not only the Country, but the people. WOLVERINES!!!

And for clarification of what/who the militia is, here is the actual law.
