Heading over to Tulsa tomorrow for a concert at Cain’s Ballroom. I’m willing to bet everything the venue is a “gun free zone” however does anyone know if they have security measures at the door to prevent concealed carry like metal sectors, bag checks, etc?

If alcohol is served I don’t believe you can carry. Also I would bet good money that any form of carry. ( concealed, or constitutional), will be prohibited by signs on the premises and announcements. I would also bet you will have to walk through a metal detector. Not a good idea.

In my experience you'll be swept with a wand.  Been to many concerts over many years and many genre, don't recall ever not being swept.
