Hey all.
I am looking at buying some rural land in the upstate within roughly an hour of Rock Hill (i.e likely in York, Chester or Cherokee counties). I wanted to check with folks from the SC hive who have experience/knowledge buying rural land in SC to see if I might get any recommendations on real estate agents and/or attorneys to work with. i had good luck with Lori Balken (Huskey)
she helped me relocate and when i wanted land she was very proactive in getting a good parcel that worked with my budget she does Spartanburg and Cherokee counties |
