Yes, everything will be back to normal by then.
Edit: I mean Friday will still be bad, the first day above deep freeze, but by Sunday it will be fine. That is assuming <4" or so snow on Wednesday. If lots of snow, some things will still be slow on Sunday, but I can't see any major problems past Monday. |

Not a giant snow last night. Most reports are showing many fewer power outages now. 53*F on Sunday.
