Beggars of all races, sexes, and ages have become more prolific everywhere in that area.

Not blonde women, but beggars all over Fairfax, often standing in the middle of divided roads at intersections...and many of them are part of crews. In recent years the FCPD provided guidance to not give them anything, but now they are quiet, fearing the woke mob. Id say it's almost 50/50 black/white males...but there are random middle eastern women in the mix.

The panhandler index was high during Barry’s regime too. Now with the Creepy Joe regime, I expect it to go even higher. The woke mob has convinced a lot of these losers that panhandling is a noble selfless profession and as such, none of us should criticize or look down on it. The Karen’s on Nextdoor swarm like rabid dogs when anybody even suggests that they don’t want panhandlers in and around their neighborhood.

Not just the intersections, but I'm seeing a lot in shopping center parking lots near the main exit point or playing some instrument camped out on an island in the parking lot. |

Sounds like my area. We have a guy who almost lives at the exit of a local Target...and some sort of middle eastern or Slavic husband & wife dragging their violin-playing daughter to various Home Depot parking lots. Saw her at one HD on a Saturday and another one on Sunday. |

So many of these people are literally standing within view of multiple HELP WANTED signs but would rather stand in the street and "beg" for money.
They are everywhere in the metro Richmond area. With so many businesses looking for help it is really hard to have any care for these people. |

Up here in Nova if they look middle eastern its because they are Roma gypsies. It's a scam like most of the panhandlers.

Straight from the Fairfax County website:
* Asking for money is a protected act under the First Amendment. * Asking for money in public areas, including roadway medians, is not a violation of law. * The county monitors legal developments related to panhandling. https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/homeless/panhandling Also the state legislature made jay walking a secondary offense, cuz traffic laws and keeping lazy fucks from getting run over is apparently racist. Ergo, people stepping into traffic to get a donation is now legal too. There are alot of Roma around here pan handling and organized groups in Tysons. |
