Jogger was attacked on Pillar Mountain, Kodiak yesterday.

We are overrun with bears down here in Kodiak right now. I walk my dog every morning on some old military road just outside of town. I ran into four bears on the trail Tuesday morning. A sow and two cubs On the way in.And a large bore on the way out. Generally I carry a Glock 20. Now I’m carrying my Valmet 88. I’ve been here 30+ years and I’ve never seen bears like this. No spring bear season this year, no berries,And very few salmon.Dull
