TO: Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club Membership
SUBJECT: MARCH 20, 2020 NEWSLETTER
FROM: BRPC Executive Board
BRPC is reopening our range to MEMBERS ONLY
All members must comply with the Governors Declaration of Emergency Directive #007, which requires that no groups of 10 or more persons are allowed and all attendees must maintain a minimum distance of six feet from each other.
All of BRPCs Discipline Matches, Training Classes (including Law Enforcement Groups), Contractor Training, Club Meetings, and Orientations are cancelled until further notice.
No guests will be allowed until further notice. No more than TWO immediate family members, that live in the same house with the member, will be allowed.
The club target frames will not be replenished or maintained until further notice. Members may use the existing targets or bring their own targets as long as they meet club requirements.
The Website and signs at the entrance gate (stating that the “Range is Closed”) will remain in place to deter any complaints from non-members.
Enforcement of the Governors Declaration will be monitored by the City of Boulder City, or volunteer officers of our club, so all members at the range will be required to produce their membership card or they will be required to leave the range.
Range etiquette for entering the range should be strictly followed, by not allowing following vehicles to enter the range behind you, until they show a membership card. If they do not show a membership card, stay in the middle of the road and pull forward far enough to allow the gate to close.
If you have problems with, or require further explanation of, this policy please email us first at
