ATF’s responsibilities include the investigation and prevention of federal offenses involving the unlawful use, manufacture, and possession of firearms and explosives; acts of arson and bombings; and illegal trafficking of alcohol and tobacco products. The ATF also regulates, via licensing, the sale, possession, and transportation of firearms, ammunition, and explosives in interstate commerce. Many of ATF’s activities are carried out in conjunction with task forces made up of state and local law enforcement officers, such as Project Safe Neighborhoods. ATF operates a unique fire research laboratory in Beltsville, Maryland, where full-scale mock-ups of criminal arson can be reconstructed.

Same logic behind getting on school boards or into local politics. Only liberals do these things and then we wonder how they control everything. It’s because they’re dumb enough to take shitty government jobs and stay.

First, if only liberals are on your school board or local government it YOUR fault. Not only is "only liberals do these things" false its ignorant.
Second, In Texas, school board and municipal elections are nonpartisan, meaning candidates don't run as a Democrat, Republican, etc and obviously no party primary. That means you need to do some research and find out where the candidates have stood on other issues. The crazy lady across the street from ran for our school board, a quick Google of her name and she's the Democratic precinct chairman........yeah finished a distant fourth out of four.




How much do you know about school boards or local government?
I ask because school board members do not get paid, they are volunteers.
The mayor of Plano gets a whopping $18,000 a year stipend......but that's not his job, he's a financial advisor and a RINO.
Our city council (including an ARFcommer) get a $12,000 a year stipend.
And they can't stay more than two terms.

Yes, it would be for the betterment of society to have sane, rational and knowledgeable people working in the government.  Seems to be something they try to filter out though.

There is a way to fix the quality of your school board. You have to vote with your feet.

I applied once for a bomb tech.  Apparently when they asked for qualifications my answer of, “I’m a fast learner” didn’t impress them.  Never got a phone call
