Me and HH6 have some land and are looking to get all the home amenities out in. We’re gonna start with the septic before we get the foundation poured. Anyone know the average cost of septic in McClain county?

What’s the story with having solar here, is there still a tax on solar from Mary Failin or did Stitt remove it?

Our site did poorly on the perc test and would have required 850ft of lateral lines. Total cost $11k. Aerobic systems run $5800. Rural Mcclain county.

Not sure on solar. Was contemplating it before all of this craziness but may push that back until things settle.

Perc test?

Gotta make sure the wastewater will percolate through the soil before a septic system can be installed. In 2011 a septic system cost us $5,500 + $250 perc test in eufaula.
