Greetings,

Looking into purchasing a home and the driveway needs to be replaced.  Alligator cracking and class five coming up through asphalt.
Want to get a rough estimate on cost so I can try to come to an agreement on price with the home seller.

Any recommendations in the East Metro?

I had mine done by Johnsons Blacktop in Burnsville, they were the cheapest out of 4 companies.

It's more expensive but concrete will look better and last much longer if a legitimate company does it. There are alot of hacks out there though.

I work for Cemstone and could point you in the direction of a few good outfits to get bids from if you go that direction.

I got sticker shock today for two asphalt bids only about 700 less than concrete.  I hope that is not the norm.  thanks for the info
