Pretty much the only ways (if not exempted) are, find a preban (pre 9/13/94 manufacture) if they exist. Or have an FFL/gun smith turn the PS90 into a non semiautomatic or non detachable magazine firearm. Otherwise, for post 9/13/94 manufacture, the "pistol grip" alone bans it. As does the OAL being under 30 inches. As does having a flash suppressor. |
