While on the Amtrak California Zephyr, I saw a range near the town of Granby.  Individual lanes that had berms up to about 50 yards.  Beyond that were targets at longer distances?  How is safety coordinated between lanes?

I've never shot there but fish near there often. There are large berms between lanes from what I can tell. People are generally shooting there every time I have driven by.

Unsure of the location, but the range was north side of the RR tracks.

I live near that range. I *think* the berms go out farther than that. Still, it's just a public range, so talk to your neighbors.
