Any updates on the new Rapid City Shooting range?

Did anyone hear or read if they are going forward with the new shooting complex north of Rapid City? I know of the neighbor's disapproval and the funding problems, but I couldn't find anything in the news. Thanks.

I've not heard anything new or that it's been stopped either. I did write to the county commission in support of it though.
