Hi all, I am an out of state seller who will be selling lowers to an in state buyer. They will be sent directly to the buyers FFL. Anything I should be aware of? Excuse my ignorance of CA laws.

Stripped lowers are no problem. I don’t think lowers fall under the banned by name thing only complete rifles. Someone will no doubt clarify of that if I’m mistaken.
