Ship it out of state, every time I tried to use local it was twice the cost of anywhere else and the projected wait time was stupid. I used a guy on muldoon who is popular and took months to get my AR upper back

Honestly, that's your best bet. Unless it's something stupid simple, most places will charge up the ass. Wild West wanted $75 to change a muzzle device and it wasnt a p&w
