I heard that the AG is going to announce the decision on whether or not to file criminal charges on the police officers today at 10AM.  I moved to the Baton Rouge area just after this happened, so I am curious as to what I should expect regarding public reaction?  I work in the Essen/I-10 area.  What areas were blocked by protests last time?  Do I need to plan to head out early if I'm driving out toward Livingston?
