Not only was this POS an attorney for multiple cities but he also worked directly with children at a Build-A-Bear Workshop for years prior. Throw the book at him.

Looks like he worked with multiple school districts
At the time of his arrest last week, FOX 11 learned Adam Westbrook was working with students in both the Kaukauna and Menasha School Districts. Source - Fox 11 Online Edit- why are HR folks usually the goofy ones? His work with music theater students was only a part time job, Westbrook was also the human resources director for Outagamie County, a position he's held since September of 2023. |

More news. He was transferred to federal court.

The videos, in which the child was seen naked and in explicit poses, had been forwarded by Westbrook to Kenosha County Sheriff’s Deputy Preston Kite via Snapchat. What is the link between him and the deputy? What broader implications made this a federal case? |

Why do they allow freaks like this to even adopt kids? The kids certainly deserve better - as in have a male father and a female mother.

The "they" I was referring to are the agencies that facilitate adoptions. I don't see where 2 mommys or 2 daddys would provide a good enviornment for raising kids. JMO.
