Any one interested in a Run & Gun here in AR?

We have found a mountian area near Boonville where we can hold a event, just checking on interest level!

Sounds fun but you might get more interest if your rules were more clear and even better if you simply used USPSA or some other well established multigun type rule set.

"Ammunition must be factory-loaded; no home-made reloads. Pistols must fire pistol cartridges."

Why no reloads? Many competitive shooters use reloads. What is a pistol cartridge? 7.62x39? 5.7x28? 500 S&W? 22TCM? You need to be specific about what that means.

You need to be specific about what this means but really it sounds like you need better targets.

Run & shoot times won't work with the other multi gun type event scoring.

Our insurance won't allow reloads.

Pistol targets are too close to allow high velocity impacts.

Our steel rifle targets are AR500.

And yes Booneville.
