Anyone know of a gas station in the Nampa/Boise area that sells 93 octane?

Have found 91 ethanol free at the station on cherry near the tracks. They also have race gas but no, I have not seen 93 in the treasure valley - https://www.zeemaps.com/mobile?group=1385950

91 ethanol-free at the corner of Meridian Road and Ten Mile...across Meridian from D&B.  It's also at the Chevron at Lakeshore Drive and 12th Ave. in Nampa.

91 seems to be everywhere, just wanted to run 93 in my WRX without having to add octane booster every fill up.

I've heard you can buy 100 octane ethanol free gas at the Nampa airport but I have no idea how that works or if the'll let you roll your car up and fill up.

You won't find it here due to our elevation. Because our air pressure is lower than at sea level, lower octane fuel performs like the higher octane stuff. Of course this has more to do with old cars than newer ones since they can adjust their timing accordingly. Shell briefly carried 93 here about 10 years ago.

2019 WRX with some mods, higher octane helps reduce engine knock.

I highly doubt you’d get knock in a 2019 whatever by using lower octane fuel...

These are people that are running custom tunes on the cars computer system.  These tunes change timing, injector settings, mixture and other settings.  If he is running a 91 or 93 octane tune and runs a lower octane, then yes it will at best knock and at worst it can trash the engine.

Until the OP specifies the extent of his mods(ecu flash, etc), my point still stands.

The car currently has a Cobb intake and accessport on a 91 tune, Wednesday I'm having a j pipe installed and flashing the ecu to stage 2 93 tune. Id like to avoid having to add octane booster every time I fill the tank thats why I'm asking if there is a gas station with 93. So your point does not stand as I cant run 91 on a 93 tune.

So is being quiet and moving along when you have nothing useful to add, obviously.

Haven't you heard? Nico killed him with his muffler delete.

Or maybe he spiked his drink with 93 octane?

Bringing back an old thread for the OP; I know you were looking for 93 octane, but the Fast Eddy’s on Eagle/Ustick has cans of 110 octane VP race fuel.

I didn’t get a price, but I remembered this thread the instant I saw it this morning.

Have a tune on my R1 and use the 110. Holy moly it's glorious and smells delightful

As to the OP, you're not gonna find what you need. If you live here you should figure out a way to use 91 with gains. It's possible. Those octane boosters are ghetto
