Some good things are in the works for this years legislative season which just kicked off.  I don't want to speak too soon or let the opposition have time to derail our progress, but many changes Iowans have asked for over the years, are in the works.  We could really use you presence at 2A Day to show strong support for these 2A friendly bills.

Additionally, IFC could really use you as a member if you have not signed up yet.  The cost is minimal, the rewards impact Iowans for generations!

For those attending the Steak Dinner event on the evening of 2A Day, IFC is working on random draw door prizes similar to last year.  Some really great items were handed out last year including a suppressor from Creative Arms & memberships to Firearms Legal Protection, etc.  Come out and support the all-volunteer organization that is getting things done in Iowa.

We are less than a month way, will you help the cause by being at the Capitol & letting you voice be heard? The all volunteer organization of IFC has had so many successes over the years it would be easy to take our foot off the throttle. But the opposition hasn't stopped & we shouldn't either.

We need your presence at 2A, we need your support.  Grab a friend or two and let's keep the momentum going.

Creative Arms will be donating one of their new 22rf suppressors (minus tax stamp) or a $500 gift certificate, as a door prize, to one lucky IFC-PAC Dinner attendee!  Thank you to Creative Arms for supporting 2A freedom in Iowa!  There are only a few tickets remaining for the dinner.  Now is the time if you have been thinking about attending the steak dinner.  There will be additional great door prizes as well.

Update Alert!  There is an exciting pro-2A omnibus bill making its way through the legislature as we speak - HSB173 The Safer Families Act.  Come to 2A Day to hear more about the recent progress on a School Parking Lot exception to the ban on guns on school grounds, the Employer Privacy Act, protections against insurance companies dropping coverage for 2A businesses & schools, changes to firearms bans on college/university campuses & casinos, etc. etc.  More progress is being made as we speak.  Lobby your Reps.

We need you all to grab a friend or two, come to the Capitol and support these positive changes for Iowans.
