Later Saturday afternoon when I went. Most common price on .223 was $1 a Rd. 9mm also $1 a Rd. Primers I saw some prices of $150 for a brick. I really was only looking for two things. Mauser Pocket pistols, and I want a Israeli used Mauser rifle. Saw a couple Mauser HSC but variations I already have.

That's just wild. .223 steel case is $0.38/rd at Murdoch's and they have regular stock.

Just an update on how the Great Falls show was.

Packed with people of course, but prices pretty decent overall.   Picked up some 9mm and .40 for a friend at .50cpr and .40cpr respectively.     Lots of 5.56/223 for 75cpr for brass fmj.

Firearms were likewise pretty cheap as long as you weren't wanting an AK or FAL.   Some downright steals on sunday as some dealers tried to move inventory.

Biden is sending us home soon. So I will be making the July Bozeman show. Anyone plan on setting up a table or just attending?

Barring some horrific accident I'll be in the area that weekend anyway. I plan to at least swing by on Saturday.

I might go to the Twin Bridges show the end of this month too. Who knows on that - but I'll almost certainly go to the Whitehall/Helena/Big Timber shows next month. Turns out I have a lot more unused stuff that other people need. Prices are high enough these days to have things fly out of my hands at anything approaching a reasonable price seems like.

I made it home. Looks like I am going to make the gunshow today in Helena.

I'm not 100% certain. I had assumed so.

To be absolutely sure you could always contact Bryan.

anyone go today? Decent amount of traffic, not a lot of money changing hands though.

Much better for me today!

Lots of vendors grumbling about how bad this show was. I think a lot of folks didn’t even cover their table cost.

Anyone else planning on the Butte show this weekend?

I haven't gone there in a while so I hope it's not totally abandoned. I found more surplus-to-my-needs ammo I hope I can unload.

Man! I either misread it a while ago or it got rescheduled. Guess I'll tool around Butte for a bit.

I went Friday.  It was as busy or busier than I've seen it in the last ten years or more.  There wasn't much in the way of powder or primers to choose from.  What little there was was expensive.  $40+ lb for powder - nothing I was looking for- no Varget, H-1000, 4350, etc..  Primers I saw were way more than I was willing to pay.  $150 per 1k or more.

I am not sure if local shops are getting primers in as regularly as MidwayUSA, Brownells, Natchezss, etc., but people here seem unwilling to even pay $80 per 1k right now. I bought a new press so I'm trying to sell some components I have extra of on MGT. Zero hits so far. Primers are easy to get online right now, but with hazmat and shipping they are $90-$100 per 1k.
