One was a very large fellow who smelled of model train paint, the other had on a Molon Labe hoodie. But alas, they weren’t there to meet us. |

Okay, AAR time. Sorry for the delay, but I had to spend last night doing all of the stuff I was supposed to be doing while we were meeting.
 I think final turnout was 15, and that’s just awesome... pretty much twice what I was expecting. Everyone was striking up conversations and introducing themselves, having a good time and making Ike-minded connections. The venue kinda limited “mingling” options (no fault of Aubrey’s, it was a great place and they took care of us well). For future meets we’ll have to brainstorm and come up with some other ideas. Naturally when it warms up we’ll have a lot more options, maybe even range days or matches. I’ve exchanged text/phone contact info with a few of you via PM here, anyone else wants to reach out to me, I’ll give you my number. Let’s start thinking about next month! Thanks everybody. |
