If we're talking OKC area I'd come, but I wouldn't be able to do it on a weekday. I've got a few kits to put together yet, and if the tools were available, I'd buy a Yugo flat just for the occasion. I don't have any AK building stuff, but I could bring some food or drink or something, along with a kit?

I don't know if anyone has a jig for the yugo flats, they take a different jig than the regular ones. |

I also found the only flats available are for Yugo underfolders, not straight stock, so I may just have to get an NDS receiver for it.

you can't go wrong with the NDS receivers, the ones I've seen are of better fit and finish than the armory or oow. |

My problem with the NDS receivers, is not just that they're a bit pricier, its that I need to add an FFL transfer fee on top of it. =(
I'm already getting an NDS for my Bulgy AK-74S. |

If you live in central Oklahoma use Bills pawn in Purcell 527-4444 He does them for $10 I dont know if thats $10 per rifle or $10 per 3 that will fit on a white sheet. The most i have ever gotten at once is 2 and the price was $10. Im an old customer so my transfers are normally $7. You would have to call and ask. He is one heck of a nice guy to deal with and you dont have to worry about him screwing you. Some dealers if a gun comes in with extras they will steal them and sell them over the counter. No worries with Bill. |

Dan, Nden.......any thoughts? You guys are our resident guru's. My place is available anytime, but I have jack shit for equipment, but if Edmond is centrally located for everyone, and the people with the equipment can bring their stuff, I can supply beer and food!
 ETA: Dan is still pissed at me for posting his pics though!

I can possibly make one on a sunday towards the end of march, my days off are changing to sun-mon-tues, maybe? I say, cause I'm still on call 24/7,
april and may are up in the air, I'm gonna be going out of state, don't know for what length of time, boss called me in early this morning (my one day off this week) to advised me, plus I found out late this morning I'm gonna have to go to a specialist to have my eardrum repaired, it was worse than the doc/PA first diagnosed, so I'm gonna have to scheduled up a time to see a new doc and see what they say.
