If my memory serves me correctly, and it has been a while since that time...
"Tweak" had an adverse effect from some prescription high blood pressure medication he had just started. He experienced some kind of psychotropic episode during which he got into some trouble. Apparently medication side-effects are not a viable defense in court. Police were called...things got ugly. During the court session,"Tweak" changed his plea to guilty so as to spare his wife and son a lot of grief and crippling legal expenses. I never met "Tweak" but from all I have heard about him over the years, he is extremely good people and did not deserve such misfortune. His situation could literally happen to any of us. I hope he has found peace and happiness. He has certainly earned it. |

Last I heard he was living in Rainier and doing very well for himself. About time, Life owed him some peace of mind after the other crap-- once again we see that Justice and the Law are two very different things. |
