Mine did too till I relearned how to shoot it. Now it shoots POA/POI and nothing changed but my shooting.

With my Berettas POI seems to be center of the the front sight post dot, not the top of the front sight post.

I ended up putting suppressor height sights on it..problem solved!!

So are the suppressor height sights proportionally equal to factory but taller or is the rear taller or is the front shorter? If they are proportional but taller I don’t know how that fixed your problem.

Not 100% sure on Berettas but some European manufacturers such as HK POA zero with the front sight covering the target.
