I had a house fire and lost all of my mags where do you all get your original mags. I don't want to get promags because they don't always lock open on empty

Canik factory mags are difficult to get at the moment and when found 3ven used,be prepared to pay $40-50 ea.

Doesn't make me want to run out and buy one! I'm done buying guns where mags. are hard to find or prohibitively expensive. Another reason Glock's are so popular.
Update: Well, i DID run out and buy one...a new Mete SFX on 8/12.

Century's Canik website (canikusa) hasn't had any mags available in over a year now. It makes it really difficult to like these guns when you can't get any mags for them.

Just get mecgar mags and break out the dremel. |

Ok I went ahead and ordered 2 promags from the above vendor. Received them in about a week or so..
Tried them at the range today and was very happy with them. Will add pix, but they functioned well. On the 1st mag thru I did get the slide to lock back and on most runs thru it did lock the slide, but on 2 runs it didn't... I am shooting all reloads and I reload not to the max powder so there good functioning but didn't try factory rounds No problem for range mags I'd say Ill get some more as they work well and are 18 rounds. There is no round indication on these pix of promags and the Canik Mec-gar mags to compare the look

I bought a couple pro mags for my new METE, They have worked just fine so far. As soon as I can get factory mags I will buy a couple of those.

I just got notified gun mag warehouse has the TP9SFX 20 round magazines in stock, I managed to get a few in my cart.
I am hoping I get these hard to get items soon, it will be a good day. |

MidwayUSA has them in stock today. I just ordered 2 - 20 rds for my TP9FSx. $39.99 each (I think I paid $35 for them 3 years ago so this is not a bad price)
