I recently bought a Zev Fulcrum trigger for my 19LS project. It's the FDE one from Brownells (cause FDE makes you shoot better).
All of the slide internals are Zev, minus the Brownells barrel. I have the heavier (3#) striker spring in there as well. I installed the trigger bar onto a new ejector assembly(?) with the Zev connector and a factory trigger spring.
Now the problem: the trigger hits an ugly, large brick wall before the break. I've adjusted it to where I want it, and practice dry firing. It's smooth, until I dry fire it a lot and it all of a sudden starts to feel different. The pull becomes rougher, and then the break is not as clean as before.
Sounds crazy, I know. If I take it out and mess with the screws a bit more, it'll be fine again for awhile. I did loctite them after adjusting.
At this point, I have the OEM trigger assembly in there and it's 100000 times smoother.
Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on?
