Assuming you don't want an RDO, I'd buy the Wilson Centurion Tactical. It you do want an RDO, LTT is the easy choice. I don't have an LTT, but I have a shitload of his parts in other Berettas and have never been disappointed. I do have both a Brig Tac and an M9A3 and prefer the Wilson overall. The main reason is that I like the original style decocker vs. the G conversion. It's also smoother, has a better trigger, and I like the sights better. I really can't tell a difference in accuracy. FWIW, my Brig Tac has the Wilson trigger job and I added the LTT trigger bar to it. I did the trigger job on the M9A3 myself, also with the LTT trigger bar. It's close, but the Wilson is still a bit better.
I don't anticipate any of them being overly collectible in the near future, but if I had to place a bet, I'd bet on the Wilson being more collectible than the others just based (presumably) on lower production numbers and the Wilson name.
