Picked up a concealment express and 1791 gun leather holster today at LGS really like the concealment express,  I have one for my shield and love it. I sat down with it in and felt great. Can't wait to carry the colt. The 1791 is really heavy thick and stiff. I think it was worth 50$https://www.AR15.Com/media/mediaFiles/463612/20210102_145617_jpg-1760612.JPGhttps://www.AR15.Com/media/mediaFiles/463612/20210102_145630_jpg-1760613.JPG

The extra thickness of the bag helps break in the holster so you get a smooth draw that's still kinda tight.

Glad you found one you like.  I bought this one a few years ago, Bianchi Shadow, and it wears well.  Forms tightly on the waist, and on the belt.  I don't often carry a 1911, but it's comfortable for many hours of carry when I do.

Kramer is good but Mitch Rosen is better for leather.

For Kydex I prefer JM Custom Kydex

That’s my experience after 30 years carrying on and off duty with 20 of it in plain clothes LE

Tucker Gunleather have some excellent OWB holsters, belts and other leather goods.
Many holster manufacturers make their holsters for belts up to 1 1/2 inches.  I like a 1 3/4 inch belt, Tucker has options for 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 inch widths.
Tucker's holsters offer may options from color of the leather, stamping, thread color, tilt, and personalization.
