Fiocchi $13.29

Blazer

I would get either of these first.

Fiocchi is good but Blazer always struck me as underpowered.

Most of the dud 9mm rounds I find at the local indoor range are Turkish in origin. Personally, if I didn't reload, I'd spend a few bucks more on domestic made ammunition.

Same, S&B has always treated me well.

I have run lots of Fiocchi, S&B, and Privi Partisan/PPU with no issues.

The Europeans load 9mm fmj properly to CIP standards.  American plinking ammo (American Eagle, Blazer, Remington, WWB) always feels like it's loaded light, pretty much how they load European rifle calibers too.
