+1 for LOK grips, also I would send in the gun and have CGW do the install.

Congrats on a great carry gun.  I'm using some Coolhand grips and they are very nice, LOK is a great choice as well.  

CZ Custom as well as CGW both sell quality parts and can do outstanding trigger work.  Look at the CZ75 trigger job videos on YT to determine if you think you can handle it on your own.  It's a bit more complicated than replacing a Glock connector but not impossible.

Lok thin matrix grips for me

I ordered a mcarbo spring kit to reduce the DA pull and I did a full polish myself. Made the trigger 10x better. Not as good as CGW but it was only 55 bucks for a ss guide rod and spring kit and about 5 hours polishing everything to a mirror finish

But the P-01 is more favorite.

Depending on how you carry, I highly recommend The JM Custom Kydex AIWB 2.5 holster. I carry my P01 in one and it’s perfect. I like the KT Mech Gunfighter for OWB.

I've never sent one out to CGW or CZ Custom.  Bought their parts and installed them myself.

But, and it's a big BUT, installing the parts is only part of a job.  They are the guys with experience to notice something not quite right with the other parts in your pistol that their parts have to work with.  They are the ones who know if a part just needs massaged, or if it needs to be replaced.  A job they do should be better than a job most of us can do.  Can we get close?  Sure.  Some of us closer than others.  Also, if you send it to them, keep all the paperwork in the box and then at some point decide to sell it, it's worth more with the proof of what parts went into it and who did the work.

So keep in mind what you want so you'll be happy with the pistol you end up with.  I have Omega P01s (cocked and locked, cocked and locked) and they feel really good in my hand and shoot darned good, too.

LOL! In that case,  I highly recommend the KT Mech gunfighter.

Somewhere here on arfcom within the last day or two I read this (possibly paraphrasing): "No one who shoots for blood or money carries AIWB.  No-one."

KT Mech OWB. Mine came with 1.5 belt loops. I installed the wings to try.
