Mags work in my para but not in my rock. But rock works with para mags?

They don’t drop free and are difficult to insert and also seems like you can over insert?

Not sure if it’s worth the trouble or if I should just buy mec gar ?

I was excited about the R1 bc they hold 15 rounds and look solid

When I tried to get my RI to run on STI mags I had to modify the mag catch slot and file down the feed lips so they didn't stick up as high relative to the mag catch slot.

When I tried to get it to run on MecGar Para mags I had to reduce the length and change the profile of the feed lips.

This was in 40 S&W. It was a pain in the butt to get it working properly.

this is why, when possible, which for me is just about every time i need mags?

i got to the gunmakers website, and order from them.

I actually ended up going that route. Springs seems a little weak but better than the para mags
