I kinda hope they do, Im not interested in buying a complete gun, but building one up id be interested in. |

After the initial investment, it'll actually be cheaper to buy the complete gun and sell what you don't want. I can pick up the RXM OTD for $400.51. I sold my slide for $300 and the magazines for $25. I'm sure someone would be the stock grip frame for $25 to modify. Boom! $50 FCI. |

Imagine with the variety of barrels out there they figure someone can just buy one at Aim Surplus for fifty bucks if they needed one. (And the Aim barrel is probably better than the factory one!) I ended up putting a factory Glock 19.4 threaded barrel in my RXM. Wanted the 19.5 but they were OOS last time Glock was running the 20% off sale. I was doing a round of spring cup upgrades to my Glock fleet and took apart the RXM too - turns out they’re using the maritime design already. Pretty cool. Didn’t get a pic but I see the Police1 review mentions it and has a pic on their website. Guess that makes for a domestic maritime spring cup source if you order the factory Ruger ones! |

Won’t we be able to put a G17/34 slide on the chassis once the full size frame come out? |

That said, there is nothing stopping Magpul from making a 17/34 frame outside of the lack of a proper slide from Ruger, which might keep them from doing it due to the avalanche of support calls it would cause. What Ruger and/or the industry needs is a 47-pattern slide. Since Glock seems to want to standardize on that now, it seems it would be a good investment. |

I was looking at the Flux Raider earlier and saw this little blurb in their FAQ: Attached File https://fluxdefense.com/frequently-asked-questions Now that's something I could get onboard with for the RXM FCU! |

How are they fitting G19 holsters? I’ve heard that the fit rate is about 80-90%. Is it true that the slide dimensions are slightly larger than a G19? EDIT: Found the other thread. |

Next option would be JM custom, or maybe a Philster if you’ve got a full size pistol light. |
| Ran into an interesting issue, minor but worth relaying. I mounted a Sig Romeo X Pro (enclosed) and noticed that it floated very slightly above the slide. Apparently the locating holes on the Sig optic are 0.05” deep, but the heads of the Ruger supplied locating pins are 0.058” in height; just enough to lift the optic away from the slide. A little grinding of the heads and the optic fits properly. |

Attached File [ don't trust their striker assembly/slide parts honestly https://www.reddit.com/r/ruger/comments/1mjhmyx/broken_striker/ Attached File MINE: Attached File I Glock Internals in my RXM for now on. I did use a P80 flat trigger shoe. It will be in a sub compact g26 frame when Those are out. |

Just wanted to add. Ruger's slide is great, dont get me wrong. But I like the P80 far better. These things are on close out, and are under $100. Attached File I've been shooting Jerichos a lot. They are ergonomic as fuck. The Magpul frame feels like a CZ. My grip feels higher up like one too, despite the slide being exposed. Maybe it's the angle. The SCT/P80 frames felt like blocks in comparison. Never thought that until the CZ bug but me. So me praising the Magpul grip says a lot toward the RXMs lower parts. Random Fact: Also impressive is thar the over Insertion stop is stainless steel Best part about replacing the slide and Internals. My spare RXM parts turned into another Glock. Attached File |

We are now past the "June or July" availability of the 17 round and 12 round grip modules. I am in "need" of one or two 17 round ones. Anyone heard anything else? Still "coming soon" on Magpul's website. |

This is the first Magpul product I've been interested in. My first impression was their Glock magazines that did not like steelcase or aluminum My second impression is the way they've handled the RXM. The chances I'm interested and giving them a third chance are extremely low. |

Some people just are not happy without having something to bitch and complain about. Yeah, no, Magpul has fucked up the release of every new gun part/accessory the last fifteen years at least. Nothing is on time anymore. What they make for the most is still high quality but the NY investment company that runs them now cares way more about the lifestyle brand side of the business than the guns. B5 and even Strike Industries are out-innovating them domestically, and I’d dare say AC Unity in Bosnia is eating their lunch on alternative magazines. I really want the RXM to succeed especially since I have one now, but it’s going to be due to Ruger and in spite of Magpul. |

| You wouldn't think it would be a hard product to produce. I understand it would require a different mould, but how many changes could be required to make the grip slightly longer and slightly shorter? I'm sure it is more than I think it is, but even so, it has been months. |

Put another 150 rounds through mine this morning, for a total of 250 since I bought it. It may be my favorite pistol now. Love the grip, similar to a Combat Armory frame. It fits in every Glock holster I have tried so far. Easily my favorite Glock clone. |

I will cut Magpul some slack. They may have learned from some past releases to have enough product on hand, product that will fit and function out of the gate. I have my name on the email list for the full size frame and I imagine another 250,000 people do also. I bought the RXM for the full size frame. I am happy I did. The DWX OR took way too long to hit the shelves but I am glad I waited for it. I own two now... |

I saw that too. I was already planning on buying another RXM with plans to also buy the full size frame. Hopefully I can get both soon enough. |
