ordered a slide back in April. Got it in the mail yesterday. They are a little slow, but the quality and fit is top notch. This slide is TIGHT. Unlike my other 1911 builds, I didn't have to peen the rails. I did use some lapping compound on the ejector to get the fit a little smoother. Extremely impressed with the quality.

I ordered a slide and barrel for a commander build and I was impressed with the quality also. I just picked up a nitride Glock 17 slide from them and it is immaculately done. Very impressive company with moderate pricing in my opinion.

Fine looking pistol, what build parts did you use? Gotcha. And yes, I hand checkered the front strap. PSA m1911 frame and the TR Enabling slide. Novak white dot sites. All Cylinder and Slide internals (3.5 lb trigger pull), except the msh which is a Stan Chen maxbevel. I had to cut it into the frame and then hand blended the inside to match.

Did you buy the slide as a fit assembly from them, or just the individual pieces and do the fitting yourself?
