I'm thinking about selling the above, but can't find any other ones for sale to gauge a value. Any idea how much these are worth right now?

I listed my safe queen 1911 WTP on GB back in 2021. Sold for over $3k.

GB's new and used pricing reports from when I listed it (because there weren't many recorded sales at the time for the model were):
New ~$1,970
Used ~$1,730

KBB of Firearms has it listed, as a 100% graded condition, of $1,325. (This is what gun shops/pawn shops use to value their trade ins.)

Do I regret selling it? 100%. Did I have my reasons? Unfortunately, yes.

Personally, unless you need the money now for something dire, I would hold on to it. It is a collectors item.
