I received a Gray Guns ELS trigger for Christmas and I'm having some trouble with the install.  

I've completely stripped and rebuilt this Sig a few times so it's not completely unfamiliar to me.

This pic shows the factory trigger and it works just fine:


This pic shows the Gray Guns ELS Non-DAK trigger.  In this configuration Double-Action does not work at all.  However, if I pull the hammer back just a couple millimeters it will look like the next pic and work.


Works now that I pulled the hammer back slightly, however when I pull the trigger, it won't work a second time and I'll have to pull the hammer again.


Any ideas?

Ahh crap, my fault.  My P226 is not a DAK so I ordered Non-DAK, but it is DAK compatible, my bad.
