I found this 3" M19 PC on consignment for $500. Knowing my luck, it probably shoots like shit since it is so cheap. I have to wait a bit to take it home   |

S&W Model 29-9 Performance Center Heritage Series  Under 200 were made in total and it is literally the last pre-lock N-Frame made. By this point in time, the Model 29-8 was already in production and that was the model that introduced the lock. These guns were part of the Heritage Series ordered by Lew Horton before Saf-T-Hammer purchased S&W and introduced the lock. Since the contract was already inked and signed, Saf-T-Hammer allowed the batch of guns to be made without the lock.
