I have both and I much prefer the rail as I use a Ultradot Matchdot II

Damn that Picatinny rail pistol looks ugly. Long slide for sure.

As far as looks go I would say the long slide.
But I were to buy one I'd have to hold them to see which one. |

I have a 5 1/2" M41 that was used for the Chevy Truck STC, and am in the process of re purposing for USPSA Steel Challenge... it has an after market LSP rail (Weaver) that I've run the mill across to widen the slots, so a Vortex Venom could be attached
if you are going to use the gun for Steel Challenge I'd suggest the short gun with the rail |
