I have a couple of Safariland Beretta 92 STX thigh holsters that are L/H is there any way to convert them to R/H?

Yes. The military version has mounting holes on both sides so you can flip it around. You'll also need to flip the hood around.

If there are no bolt holes on the opposite side, you’re not converting them without a crap ton of modification.
