If the coating was not applied correctly-too thick, (especially on the internals),prep work not done right, etc., you might be in for some issues,especially with the squeeze cocking pistols. Personally, the last finish I would apply on a pistol like that would be Duracoat.

Duracoat has ruined many a fine gun or knife. Maybe not to the extent a bubba with a dremel could do, but awful nonetheless.
