Has anyone held or shot both for comparison? I have small/medium hands and my Glock 19 gen 5 just doesn’t have the ergos I like. Is the CR920 grip exactly like a G43?

Just picked up a CR920 a couple hours ago. I also have a 365X.
The grip is the thickness of the 43x and the length of the 43. This will probably be my main carry gun once vetted.
Glock dropped the ball on not making this thing first.
I put 50rds through the CR920 a little bit ago. Great shooting gun. No issues so far.
If I have time later I’ll try to post some comparison pics with the 43, 43x and the 365x

Bump, anyone else compared these two?  Looking at a CR920 as well.

I have a 365XL a CR920 combat optics and I had a 43. Of them the 920 is my favorite. Imagine the G43 had 11 or 14 rounds on tap and a great optics mount and there you go. I prefer the rear sight still being there on the 920, the mount and the ability to run a smaller mag to hit the smaller size. Over the sig its a bit tighter but I prefer the larger screws on the 920 and the company as Neu Sig uses us all as their QC department. SS owns it and fixes it. Mine is accurate often making one big hole on my target until I start doing multiple targets. I love the full size glocks but I like the CR920 then the 365xl and 365 then the 43s and 48.

Now to make everyone sad. Currently, my pick is still my G19  unless I'm in a NPE.

What mags does the CR920 use?  Proprietary?

Sample size of 1.  Honest Outlaw had a bad experience with the CR920.

The manual says allow a 200rd break in period for the CR920.
Mine has been flawless from the first shot.

Yes the 10 round and 13 round are proprietary. The 15 round shield mag fits but its very tight and does not hold. I have not tried the SA mag release to see if that holds it yet (maybe later).

I shot both and prefer the P365XL. They are both nice quality firearms. I tend to personally shoot the Sig better and like the grip but enough time with either platform would probably close that gap. The Sig probably conceals slightly better given it’s dimensions (with the right holster). The CR920 may be slightly more reliable (not needing as much lubrication given the Glock design) but that’s my unscientific feedback.

I would try to rent both and see which you prefer. You can’t go wrong with either.

A better comparison would be the 365 to the 920.  I like them both but being a Glock guy I’m trying to love the 920 more but it’s hard.
I’m trying to decide which one is going to be my edc out of the 920 and the 365x.
