Wife and I both got p365 XL’s late last year.

Both our guns are new with 2023 build dates.

Is the trigger bar spring still a thing that breaks on these guns? Her mags have noticeable scratch marks on the back from the spring hitting it, my mags have marks but not as bad.

I took the FCU’s out and it looks like the spring has enough material to grab the bar.

Curious before my mind gets the best of me.

What was the solution to that problem?
Picked up a 365 two weeks ago and finally got around to shooting it last weekend. After a few shots, dead trigger and the trigger bar spring had come loose. Happened a handful of times until I just got tired of fixing it.

Order a new spring? Sent back to Sig?

Call SIG and send it in. It might be a problem with your spring, or it might be something else out of spec if it keeps happening. SIG should send you a return label and all you'll have to do is box it up and drop it off at FedEx.
