New to the AIWB club, looking for a nylon gun belt..anyone ever use kore essentials? https://www.koreessentials.com/products/tactical-gun-belt-belt-only

They look decent for the price. My two priorities is stiffness and the buckle not getting in the way on the centerline. Any input appreciated.

The Wilderness Instructor belt CSM or 5 stitch in the width of your choosing, move the buckle to a different loop on your pants

Got my first Kore belt 2 months ago. So far so good.

Been using an Ox Creek Tactical belt for a while now. I'm happy with it. The Buckle is nice in that I don't have to velcro on/off every time I wanna take a shit.

I looked at that one and it looks classy but I'm planning to go with a blue alpha

For the last 3 months I've been using a Blue Alpha low profile belt,
once I got used to the velcro, it's been great.

Hows the stiffness and fit? It seems like a “one size fits all”

I've always been curious about the velcro belts.

I've been wearing a Hank's leather belt for a handful of years now. With AIWB I have the buckle off to the left. It's my preferred way to wear a belt now even when not carrying(work, out of state, ect.) It helps to even out the bulge from everything being up front

I'd always worn heavy leather gun belts, Milt Sparks
then went to Armour, which is built like a brick shit house
Over the last year after some back problems I decided to
give AIWB a serious try between my JMCK WC and the
low profile web belt, I'm pretty amazed at the concealment
and comfort, wish I'd made the change years ago.
The velcro is kind of a pain in the ass at first, but adjustment
is infinite and once you're used to it, it works out very well,
it's very light weight, plenty stiff but flexes well...
personally I much prefer it to a leather gun belt.

The ratchet system is awesome. You cut it about 4" above your waist size, attach the buckle, then adjust tightness to your personal taste, adapt to clothes you have on, how much you carry that day, etc.

Kore ratchet is nice, sadly sourced from the liberated state of china.

Give the Trayvax belt a look. Has been great for over a year for me. Low profile buckle, stiff, American made.

I've got two Blue Alpha's. Best LoPro belt I've ever used, but won't win any Tactikool competitions.

Blue Alpha as well. With the Velcro, makes minor adjustments and swapping to another pair of pants super easy.

Yup been using the same Wilderness belt for the better part of a decade and I don't have a single complaint. Still has great rigidity and the stitching is all in place. Highly recommended.

Blue Alpha.

I've got two.  Makes for a lot less"tweaking" to get a comfortable AIWB setup.

Same. Had mine for almost 10 years and still going.

Was getting ready to order another to have on hand, but the Blue Alpha mentioned in the thread has me looking at their Hybrid EDC belt...

I tried all sorts of belts when I went to AIWB.  This is the best IMO  Simple , durable, and a great value!  Works great with a variety of holsters and supports either my G17 or 19 equally well.

I have a blue alpha gs1 belt. It’s a quality belt. My problem is the male buckle is a pain in the ass feeding through loops.

I've got 2 Wilderness titanium instructors that have been great. Did need new velcro after about 7 years.

Ares gear Aegis. Belt is infinitely adjustable, and going on 6+ years barely looks used.

I’m pushing 10 years on my Wilderness Frequent Flier. The Velcro is getting a little tired but still works. I plan to replace it with another Wilderness, probably sooner than later since this one is getting too big.

Blue Alpha Gear EDC.

I’m actually wearing the inner Velcro belt that comes with the battle belt but I have the other ones as well.

Wilderness is what I've used for years. Go 5-stitch, skip the insert (not needed unless you are super fat).

I need another one since the one I bought 8 years ago no longer fits after my post-quarantine weight tactical protective padding increase.

My first one (I have 2) is over a decade old, and has been used in some really dirty mechanic work with corrosive/staining chemicals, and shows zero sign of wear. They are very well made.
