 Made several upgrades to this WWII GI 10 years ago, took it to the range once, and it sat in the safe since. I recently pulled it out and started taking it on trips to the property to give it some love. |

First time fitting a safety yesterday, decided a decent picture was deserved.
 Colt Government Classic O1911C Pachmayr Combat Grips with the front strap cut off Wilson 192 Bullet Proof Ambi Safety Up next is a bobbed Harrison stainless hammer. Trying to keep this one simple. |

Here is my build. Rock Island 10mm kit on a Remington R1 frame. Very minor fitting needed. First 20 24 rounds saw a few jams that I chalked up to a mag issue. After that is ran flawlessly.
