Yep a PMR 7 would be near a pocket pistol size or a PMR 10 would be a nice little handy lightweight snake gun. Yep in 22wmr.

I'm voting Keltec go with a PMR 7. Any reason they don't?

I'd buy a 11 ounce super-compact PMR with like 13+1rd capacity the size of a PF9.  Up close, the blast from a short-barreled 22WMR would be insane...the derringers throw flame out 2 feet and are as loud as a 9mm.

NOTE:  I'm also stoked about the upcoming P17 (if it's reliable); however, I do wish it were a wee bit smaller.
