I don't even own a 509, nor am I in any way affiliated with this company, but thought y'all might like to know there's some sexy new shit coming out for your awesome new 509 Tac

The Parker Mountain Machine one blends a lot nicer, but options are always good.

I agree. I am just happy to see more and more aftermarket support for the 509

I'm a fan and it works great with all types of ammo and the yellow spring.

I picked up a PMM comp for my 509, they just came back in stock so hopefully I'll see it soon.  Only thing about the PMM ones, they time with shims, and install with rockset, so it's semi permanent, cant remove the barrel without wrenching the comp off.

I have set screw pistol comps on other guns and had to use Loctite.  I had one spin sideways on me during a match and it was horrible.  Plus the set screws muck up the threads a bit.

Shims and Rocksett are the way to go, but if your plans are switching back and forth between comp, suppressor, and bare, I wouldn’t recommend any comp.

This is great to know. Definitely don’t want this scenario. Pain in the butt but cleaning or field stripping the gun.
