I have yet to get out and shoot it, so I made another change. I removed the FAXON EXOS-553 Compensator and installed a Tyrant CNC Glock Compatible T-Comp. Just got my new FCD OPF-G, RMR Burnt Bronze mount this afternoon. It took a couple weeks for FCD to get them back in stock, but it was well worth the wait. Attached File |

The EPS or the RMR? @Howler4 yes, they're both G19.4's. The FDE one is stock slide cut by Wager Works, Black one is a Zaffiri slide. I prefer the EPS, tbh. As much as I wanted the RMR to be better and to support the hometown company, to me, the EPS is better for sight picture, glass clarity, and dot clarity. The RMR has distortion anywhere that's not directly in the center of the glass and has a bluish tint. EPS does not have either of those issues. The RMR may be more durable, as that seems to be its strong suit. Maybe the RMR HD solves those issues, I'm not sure. |

@Rubles Thanks for the comparison. I have an EPS carry and I like it. I have a G19 that needs an optic and was thinking of going with an RMR because, well it looks cool as hell. I will probably stick with an EPS unless I can find an RMR to try out before buying. |

Just got my 26 slide back from Wager Machine. They did a beautiful job as always and turned it around in about a week including shipping times both ways. They did the ACRO cut on my 19 a few years back. I figured I’d make the two guns match. I think that is called a brace of pistols. Attached File Attached File |
A month or two ago I ordered the wrong color of G19 mags. I got FDE instead of black. The only logical thing to do was to order a G19.5 in FDE. I couldn’t just have two freak FDE mags in my mag locker.  Last Friday, the dishwasher was in one hell of a mood so again, I only had one logical choice. The local shop had a G43X MOS, so I drove right down there and bought it.  Going to get a FCD mounting plate for the MOS and put an RMR on that one. I think I’m going to send the 19 off to Battle Werx and get the slide cut for an RCR. |

Once I get my other projects done I may pick up an RMR for this. However I kind of like the view through the SRO on this. I’m waiting for my Vedder to come in and if it carries ok in that I might just keep it like this. Meaning on the 43X frame. |
