My G19X MOS came in today and I love this fucker!!  I have two of the originals when they first came out (was trying for 1 Austrian & 1 USA made one ended with 2 Austrian) and other than a dumbass thumb safety Glock would've nailed that contract with the MOS!!

Waiting on my FCD mount plate and have the Coyote HWS RMR ready freddy for now.  Will go with the Acro P2 FDE this summer...........

All 3 19X's with the two on bottom being my G45 & old faithful G19.4 all factory FDE......................(Not all my 19's just the FDE collection)

Currently black 19 rounds mags are mostly out of stock, I've only seen flat dark earth (tan) color 19 rounds mags.

Last year I converted 6 new gen 5, 17 rounds black mags to 19 rounds using factory +2 floor plates, internal mag inserts and a 11 coils mag springs (longer than 17 rounds springs).

I converted mine to +2 mags because black 19 rounds mags was not readily available.

These factory 11 coils springs, +2 floorplates and internal inserts are sometimes available from Glockmeister, The Glock Store, Midway, Brownells, etc.

I may just end making my own by ordering factory plates and springs. I would like to make a couple 17 round mag G19 mags too.

Haven't seen any of them for sale recently in black.

Very nice. Is that a FCD plate? It matches perfectly with the 19x finish.

My current summer carry G48 in a Tenicor Sagax Lux 2.  If it's stays it will get stippled and a sight /dot upgrade.

Going to try this setup out tomorrow. Took out all the PSA frame parts and replaced them with factory Glock including a minus connector. The slide is all stock.

Not if you have the slide cut for a direct mount.

How many rounds you got through that bad boy!?  Or is it a lot of draws while dry firing.  Pistol looks great!  A well used tool.

@Yumago

Pistol looks great, RMR HD looks sweet on there.

What tape is on the grip?

Was just some hockey grip tape I tried out, ended up taking it off. Also replaced the RMR HD with the RCR.

Ok thanks. Seen it on a few pistols and it looked familiar but for some reason couldn't connect the dots.

Was curious if it help in anyway? I was considering it for my Gen 3. Did it leave residue behind?

Howie's hockey tape. And no it doesn't leave residue. Though some other hockey tapes do. But Howie's has been the best type I've found relative to its cost. And yes it helps me with grip when my hands are sweaty but doesn't feel uncomfortable to carry like grip tape does.

Started shooting my G19.2 again after 30 years.
I'm in love with the old school no thumb grove flat slab side grip.
Trigger has a crisp break.
I shoot this G19.2 like an action hero.

That is the exact reason why I put tape over the flashlight when I am practicing with it.
Just leaking off a layer of masking tape is way easier than scrubbing it clean.

I tell myself that every time I shoot it, and promptly forget all about it

There's something about a Gen 1 or gen 2 trigger with a ton of rounds through it.
