In true arfcom fashion, get 
I think I tend to prefer the 43x overall, but in terms of conceal, the 43 still is better. The 48 might be the best single pile compact handgun around. |

Awesome that you have all three.
If you could only have two of those, what would you keep? I'm torn between getting a 43x or a 48. Since I have a 43 already, I am leaning toward the 48. Thoughts? |

I have the 43 and want a 48 but I am waiting on the black slide and Glock Factory night sights. I tried the 43 slide on a 48 frame at a LGS and the 48 slide on 43 frame. A Friend really liked the 43X but I liked the 48 & 43 as the best combo. I really didn’t like the balance of the 48 slide on the 43 frame. I like the size of the 48 but I have a small hand, 48 really points good for me.

I had two 43x’s and traded one for a 43. I did that just to swap slides but ended up not liking them and went back to normal.

I’ve carried a G43 for well over a year off duty in shorts or sweatpants running to the store or gym.
Nice gun but really not that different in size to the G43X since I always used a Vickers +2 Grabbed a 43X and 48 a few weeks back... G43X is perfect for me. Flawless after 5-600 rounds and very accurate. Not selling my 43 but it’s back in the safe and the 43X is getting heavy use.  Attached File |

43 has been my EDC gun since I got it. I really like the 48, and have been carrying that all week. I'll bounce between the two I think. I like that I can use my same holsters after a little heat gun modification.

I carried a 43 with a +2 for years.
I sold it to fund the P365, which--despite all the issues early on--has been perfect. I bought a 43X, and it's been vying for my main carry, but hasn't got there yet. I'm wondering if a 48 would shoot so well that it might beat the 43X and unseat the P365. Currently, I think I'm going to sell the 43X and wait until someone comes out with a 12-15rd metal flush-fit mag for it. It appears that company (SHIELD) may not be coming out with them after all (or perhaps they just went silent to try to sell their $40 +3 extensions, which are coming out). |
