FN502 Not Locking Back - Last Round

Been shooting my 502 for a few months now with all different kinds of ammo.  Regardless of the ammo and regardless if the pistol is suppressed or not the pistol will not lock back on the last round.

Any ideas?

Are you riding the slide stop with your thumb? I had problems going back into battery so I got the metal guide rod from Apex and a new spring from Taylor Tactical and it is like a whole different pistol.  Best $35.00 I have spent improving a pistol.
